We’re the newest (old) shop on the block.
THE FIRST THING YOU PROBABLY NEED TO KNOW about our shop is that it smells wonderful. It’s a small detail, but then again, we’re all about the details. Located at 10 Main Street in the village of Seal Harbor on Mount Desert Island, ME, our building started her life at the head of Seal Harbor, before moving to her current location on Main Street. For many years, the building was home to Billings Market, known for quality meats and produce.

When we first saw the building, despite the dilapidated window treatments and crooked framing, we knew she was the perfect place for us. Soon, what was meant to be a facelift evolved into a no-room-left-untouched renovation.
Today, Rusticator is a must-visit destination in Seal Harbor Village — because, let’s be honest, right now it’s one of the only destinations in Seal Harbor Village. But we’re committed to changing that. We love this quiet little stretch of road and the possibility it represents. In putting our stake in the ground here, we want to make Seal Harbor a center of commerce, and in doing so, a center of community for the island. We hope you’ll join us.
